Step one: you brief us, per client
Each of your clients gets its own short brief: the website, the pages that matter commercially, the anchors and topics to steer towards, and anything to avoid. Most partners fill this in once per client in under fifteen minutes, and it carries forward month to month unless you change it. If a client is sensitive about competitors or particular subjects, that goes in the brief and we respect it without discussion.
From that point, every client runs as a separate campaign. Nothing is pooled, nothing is shared between accounts, and no client's placements ever reference another. If you would rather we work from your own campaign documents, send those instead and we will map them across.
Step two: we earn the placements
Our team pitches journalists and editors at real publications and news sites with stories, data angles and expert commentary relevant to your client's market. When a piece runs, it carries a link to the page you asked us to target. Recent partner campaigns have landed placements on titles like the Daily Mail and the Daily Record, with authority scores across placements in the DR 40 to 95 range, and every link lands inside published content that a human being commissioned.
Placements arrive progressively across the month rather than in one batch, because that is how genuine publishing works. First placements typically land inside the first two to three weeks of a new campaign, with the balance following across the cycle.
Step three: you forward the report
As each month closes you receive a report carrying your agency's name and logo, or a fully unbranded version if you prefer to drop it into your own template. It lists every placement with the live link URL, the publication it sits on, the authority range, the anchor used and the page it points to. Most partners forward it to their client with a two-line covering email and move on with their day.
There is no portal your client could stumble into and no third-party name anywhere in the document. The work reads as yours because, commercially, it is. More detail on what the reports contain.
The guardrails that keep it invisible
We never contact your clients, under any circumstances. We sign an NDA on request before you share a single client name. We keep no public list of the agencies we serve and we will never ask to use your name in our marketing. Per-client separation means a conflict between two of your clients is handled inside your account, not exposed across it.
Billing is one monthly invoice to your agency covering all client campaigns on your plan. You invoice your clients however you like, at whatever rate you like. The margin maths page shows how partners typically price it.
