White Label SEO Agency provides services to businesses only. This policy explains what personal data we hold, why we hold it, and the rights you have over it under UK data protection law.
Who we are
White Label SEO Agency ("we", "us") operates whitelabelseoagency.co.uk and provides white label SEO fulfilment services to marketing and SEO agencies. For the purposes of UK GDPR we are the data controller for the information described below. You can reach us at info@whitelabelseoagency.co.uk.
What we collect
- Correspondence data. When you email us we hold your name, email address, agency details and the content of the exchange, so we can reply and manage the partnership.
- Partner account data. For active partners we hold business contact details, billing information and the commercial terms of your plan.
- Campaign data. Client briefs supplied by partners may include business information about the partner's clients. We process this solely to deliver the agreed services and treat it as confidential, whether or not an NDA is in place.
- Website data. This site sets no analytics or marketing cookies and runs no tracking scripts. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) are retained briefly for security purposes.
Why we process it
We process partner and correspondence data to perform our contract with you or to take steps before entering one, and on the basis of legitimate interests in running and protecting our business. We do not use your data for automated decision-making, we do not sell it, and we do not send marketing to your clients or contact them at all.
Sharing and retention
Data is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the business, such as email hosting, invoicing and accounting services, under appropriate agreements. We keep correspondence and account records for as long as the partnership is active and for up to six years afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete them. Campaign briefs are deleted or returned on request when a partnership ends.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for correction or erasure, object to or restrict our processing, and request a copy of your data in a portable format. Email info@whitelabelseoagency.co.uk and we will respond within one calendar month. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will note the change on this page. This version was last reviewed in 2026.
