Terms of service

These terms govern the services provided by White Label SEO Agency through whitelabelseoagency.co.uk. By engaging us you agree to them. They are written to be read, not skimmed, and they are short enough that you can.

The service

We provide white label SEO fulfilment, principally link acquisition and associated reporting, to marketing and SEO agencies and other businesses. The service is strictly business to business; we do not provide services to consumers. Deliverables, volumes and pricing are those of the partner plan you select, as described on this site or agreed in writing by email.

What we promise, and what we do not

We commit to the monthly placement volume of your plan, to sourcing placements through outreach to genuine publications, and to replacing any placement whose link is removed within 90 days of going live. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic outcomes, or placement on any named publication, and nothing on this site or in our correspondence should be read as such a guarantee. Where a month's volume cannot be met to our quality standard, the shortfall rolls into the following month.

Billing and cancellation

Plans are invoiced monthly in advance and payable on the terms stated on the invoice. Prices exclude VAT, which is charged at the prevailing UK rate where applicable. Either party may end the partnership with 30 days written notice by email. Work already invoiced will be completed or credited at our discretion; no refunds are due for months already delivered.

Confidentiality and white label conduct

We treat partner client lists, briefs and commercial terms as confidential, with or without a separate NDA, and will sign an NDA on request. We will not contact a partner's clients, present ourselves to them, or reference a partner in our marketing. Partners may present deliverables under their own brand and set their own resale pricing. Partners remain responsible for the accuracy of what they promise their own clients.

Acceptable use

We may decline or discontinue campaigns for websites involved in illegal activity, or in sectors we judge incompatible with outreach to mainstream publications. Where we decline a campaign after billing, the affected volume is credited or refunded.

Liability

Our total liability arising from the services in any 12 month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or loss of a partner's own client relationships, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

General

These terms, together with your plan selection and any NDA, are the whole agreement between us. If any clause is found unenforceable the rest stand.
